The core WRG, Inc. team is comprised of six (4) LEED AP professionals that hold other industry designations.

PHYLLIS DIXON, PRESIDENT - Ms. Dixon is a results-driven professional with a successful track record for building and managing client relationships. She is experienced in identifying and applying process improvements that achieve high client satisfaction levels. She possesses effective leadership, supervisory and staff development skills, coupled with excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving capabilities.

GLEN ALLEN, Executive Vice President (LEED AP) - Mr. Allen is a senior real estate professional with an extensive 28-year development and construction management services background, in the Southern California market, and throughout the United States. He is a licensed General Contractor (B-1) and Real Estate Salesman in the State of California.

DAVE ANDERSON, Vice President (LEED AP) - Mr. Anderson is a licensed general contractor (B-1) and general engineering contractor (A) in the State of California, with over 21 years of experience.

JENNY SHIH, Associate (LEED AP) - Ms. Shih has over 17 years experience in the construction, accounting and development fields. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California. She is a Certified Notary Public, State of California. She is proficient in all phases of construction management including design and pre-construction, cost estimating, value engineering, construction bidding, procurement, contract administrations and cost management.

AARON WEINER, Associate, CPM®, CCIM (LEED AP) - Mr. Weiner has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and management industries. He is a noted authority on commercial leases and an educator on their practical applications. He served on the national training faculty for CB Commercial Real Estate Group in 1996 and 1997. Mr. Weiner has held a California Real Estate Broker’s license since 1983.

KAREN ALLEN, Secretary/Treasurer - As Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, Ms. Allen is responsible for the fiscal and corporate management of Newport Real Estate Services, Inc. These responsibilities include corporate licensing, financial reporting, payroll and corporate compliance. Ms. Allen has worked extensively in the real estate and construction industry. Ms. Allen was previously with Ficker and Ruffing Architects, The Koll Company and a private practice law firm.
